All payments must be made online, through PayPal. (please contact us with any extenuating circumstances)


Ticketing Procedure

After purchasing your ticket you will receive an email from Paypal confirming your purchase, and later an email from Better Bus.  

Approximately 24-48 hours before your departure, you will receive an email that provides more information regarding your itinerary  

***if you do not receive either of these emails, please contact us immediately***


Boarding the Bus

YOU DO NOT NEED A PAPER TICKET to board the bus!

The Better Bus uses a reservation checklist, so all you need is a form of photo identification to board.


Baggage Info

Try to keep luggage to one large bag to stow and one small carry-on.



If your travel plans change and you no longer need your Better Bus ticket, please email us at so someone else can catch a ride.

*The cancellation fee is twenty dollars (meaning you would receive a refund of 54 dollars for a round trip ticket)* 

Better Bus must be notified of all cancellations more than 5 days prior to departure in order for passengers to receive any refund, and the cancellation must be within 60 days of your original purchase.
